Can American Jews Still Pray?

What would it take to engage with prayer on a new level? How can we work to bridge the gap between us and the Divine? In this keynote address, Elie Kaunfer explores how we both know too much and too little about prayer. Through deep literary analysis, we can gain a much deeper knowledge of the words of prayer. And through consideration of the non-cognitive aspects of prayer, we can envision a model of what it means to set up an engaging prayer environment. This was recorded at the Summer Kickoff 2014.
