Regional Program Associate (Part-Time)

We are seeking a part-time Regional Program Associate to help support Hadar’s rapidly growing regional presence. This person will report into our Associate Director of Programs, and will sit in the Program Department. This is a half-time position with 20 hours per week of work. All applicants will be considered, but strong preference for someone based out of Boston, Chicago, DC, LA, or NYC.

Hadar’s programs are at a significant growth moment. The Regional Program Associate will play a key role in executing Hadar’s programs across Hadar’s regions including: Boston, Chicago, DC and  West Coast. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and has a sense of humor.

Core Responsibilities

• Work with Regional Directors to support logistical and operational needs for regional programs
• Liaise internally with Hadar departments to determine timelines and processes, serving as a key member of the Program Team 
• Manage regional program data collection and processing systems 
• Occasional responsibility to work evenings or weekends, and occasional domestic travel to support programs locally and nationally

Qualifications

• Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Friendly and clear verbal and written communication skills, with an eye toward detail
• Flexible and agile workstyle with the ability to change plans and pivot as needed 
• Self-motivated and driven to create and implement new systems
• Team oriented and collaborative
• Comfortable working in Google suite, and ability to utilize data management systems effectively including but not limited to Salesforce, Survey Monkey

Salary

The salary for this position is $25,000 annually.
