National Program Associate

We seek a full-time National Program Associate to help execute Hadar’s national programs and fellowships. This position will report into our Director of National Programs, and is based out of our New York office. Strong remote applicants will be considered.
The National Program Associate will oversee operations and logistics for all national programs, including virtual programs, national cohorts and fellowships, conferences and Shabbatonim. This person will manage the participant experience from the planning process to program execution and post-program evaluation.

Core Responsibilities
- Hold overall responsibility for operations and logistics for all national programs (virtual, fellowships, cohorts, conferences/shabbatons)
- Manage specific program workflows including but not limited to form creation, overall logistics protocols, hiring contract workers and Zoom moderator management
- Source sheet formatting for national programs
- Supply ordering and management for national programs
- Manage communication with program participants, collectively and individually
- Manage survey and evaluation process for each of Hadar’s National programs, working in collaboration with other relevant Hadar departments to determine processes for evaluation
- Manage national program data collection, working with data team to ensure all systems are up to date and accurate
- Work closely with Program Recruitment Manager to track registrations for upcoming national programs and engage with potential participants
- Some travel required to staff programs along with up to 3 evenings of work a month, 3 Sundays of work a year and 3 weekend conferences a year.

Qualifications
- Highly organized and responsible, with the ability to oversee and track progress on multiple projects simultaneously
- Self-motivated and driven to work within new systems
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Ability to utilize data management systems effectively including but not limited to Salesforce and Survey Monkey
- Friendly and clear verbal and written communication skills, with an eye toward detail
- Has a flexible stance and ability to remain agile when plans need to be adjusted

Salary
The salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000.
